• The “Double Down" fundraiser is open to contestants worldwide.
• All Taxes and shipping outside of the USA to be the responsibility of the winner
• The “Double Down" fundraiser is being conducted by Access4Bikes Foundation (A4BF), a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation under the laws of the State of California.
• There is no limit to the number of entries that one (1) person may purchase.
• A4B, A4BF, and CAMTB Board members and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this drawing.
• Drawing entries are $10.00 each. Drawing entries can be purchased by credit card only. For every $50.00 donation increment, an additional one (1) drawing entry will be added to the total number of drawing entries for the drawing entrant. 3% contributions to cover processing charges are not counted towards drawing entries.
• By IRS declaration, drawing entry purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.
• Odds of winning will depend on the number of donation entries sold.

• All ticket orders forms must be received with full payment no later than 11:59PM on June 3, 2022.
• Prize: Two thank you prizes will be given away to two winners. The first person selected has the opportunity to select between the two prizes. The second winner will get the thank you prize that was not selected by the first winner. One person may not win both bikes. Winning one prize will disqualify the winner from winning the second prize. Prize option one: 2022 Specialized Turbo Levo Soil Searching Edition. Prize option two: 2022 Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Soil Searching Edition.
• Prize exchange: The winners of the bikes will have the opportunity to select the bike size of their preference. The bike prizes will be delivered when the size of preference is available. Sizing and delivery will be coordinated by Access4Bikes Foundation and Specialized. No other prize exchanges are permissible.
• Drawing will be held at a location determined by the A4B Board of Directors on June 4, 2022. The winners will be determined by random selection.
• No purchase necessary to enter. To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten postcard to Administrator at: Access4Bikes, P.O. Box 33, Woodacre CA 94973. Containing your (i) full name (if a minor, your parent/legal guardian’s name as well); (2) mailing address, including street address, city, state/district, and zip code (P.O. boxes not accepted); (3) telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; and (6) a statement that, “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the Double Down Giveaway”. All write-in entries must be postmarked by May 30, 2022 and received by June 3, 2022. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per person.
• Winners will be notified by phone and email within one (1) day of the drawing.
• The prize winners are solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses incurred in claiming the prize. The prize winners understand, acknowledge, and agree that they are receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge A4BF, and any additional sponsors, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due.
• Prizes must be claimed by June 11, 2022. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to A4BF as a donation.
• A4BF, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
• The decisions and rules of A4BF are final on all matters concerning the drawing.
• Void where prohibited by law.
